Seajacks in the Community

Seajacks are committed to using local contractors wherever possible and were the first to build on the Great Yarmouth Enterprise Zone in 2012, creating our 22,000 sq ft headquarters.

Seajacks have a policy to recruit locally first wherever possible and actively encourage opportunities within the local supply chain network. We also support local organisations, including the Skills for Energy apprenticeship scheme and the University of East Anglia’s MSc Energy Engineering Course. In order to get students from the Great Yarmouth area interested in working in the industry we work with STEM Ambassadors and OPITO within schools, colleges and higher education institutes to promote the energy industry within the East of England.
