Blair Ainslie - Managing Director Seajacks UK Ltd. (born: 1963)
Mr Ainslie holds a BSc in Physical Geography from the University of London
and has significant experience of the offshore industry. Mr Ainslie was employed
by Workfox UK Limited from 1999 to 2006 as Business Manager, responsible for
marketing, contracts and commercial and general management of the Seafox fleet.
He has also been a Contracts Manager at Kvaerner Oil and Gas from 1995 to 1999
and Senior Quantity Surveyor at
Babtie Group from 1986 to 1995.

Thomas Berg - CFO Seajacks International Ltd. (born: 1958)
Mr Berg holds an MSc in Engineering Management from Stanford University. He has experience of various finance functions and was employed as Partner in Whitecliff from 2000 to 2005 and as an investment banker in Orkla Finans AS from 1995 to 2000.

Sebastian Brooke - Commercial Director (born: 1974)
Mr Brooke holds a BA in Combined Studies from the University of Newcastle. Mr Brooke worked for Bassoe Offshore from 2001 to 2009, during which time the Bassoe group co-founded Seajacks. Mr Brooke was employed by Computalog Wireline Services from 1997 to 2001, where he graduated and worked as an Offshore Field Engineer.
Wes McDonald - Operations Manager
Mr McDonald has 30 years of experience in the oil and gas business with Rowan Companies, most recently as General Manager - North Africa and Middle East and previously as Manager of North Sea Operations.
John Vingoe - HSEQ Manager (born: 1969)
Mr Vingoe holds National Vocational and Post Graduate Certification in Safety Management and Emergency Response. Before joining Seajacks UK Ltd., he was employed by Workfox UK Limited as QA/Safety Manager for 10 years. Prior to that he worked for Kvaerner Oil and Gas. His experience within the oil and gas Industry covers not only the United Kingdom and Netherlands Continental Shelf but also Canada (Nova Scotia) and West Africa (Angola).

Ian Robertson - HR/Crewing Manager (born: 1964)
Mr Robertson has an LCCI Diploma in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations and City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 in Quality Assurance. He is responsible for the recruitment, training and retention of suitably-skilled and competent crew for Seajacks vessels and onshore operations. He has worked for TDM International, Dietsmann and AMEC providing worldwide recruitment and management services to the oil and gas industry.

Kevin Alcock - Vice President - New Build Program Seajacks Merman Marine Ltd. (born: 1951)
Mr Alcock holds a National Diploma in Engineering and a DTI (UK) 1st Class Certificate of Competency for Marine Engineer Officers. He has served as Chief Engineer on ships and offshore drilling rigs. From 1990 to 1997, he was a Marine Surveyor in Singapore and the UAE. From 1997 to 2009, he held senior executive positions at Offshore Construction yards and shipyards in the UK, France, the Caribbean, Nigeria and the UAE.

Alex Low - Contracts Manager
Mr Low holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management from Chelmsford University. In 2007 he became a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Prior to joining Seajacks in 2009, Mr Low spent 9 years working for Davis Langdon as a Project and Cost Manager on a variety of construction projects throughout the UK.
Outside of Seajacks Mr Low is a Director and crew member of the Caister
Volunteer
Lifeboat Service.

Emily Youngs – Financial Controller
Miss Youngs is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and holds a BSc in Biological Chemistry from the University of East Anglia.
Miss Youngs trained as a Chartered Accountant at Lovewell Blake Chartered Accountants before being employed by PKF (UK) LLP as a Senior Business Advisor.
