Seajacks Hydra
In October 2012 Seajacks placed an order with Lamprell Energy in Dubai, for the construction of a new self-propelled jack-up vessel, specifically designed for offshore wind and oil and gas installation and maintenance services.
Seajacks Hydra will be delivered by Lamprell's Hamriyah shipyard in Q2/Q3 of 2014.
This fourth vessel is a similar Gusto MSC NG2500 design to sister vessels Seajacks Kraken and Leviathan, incorporating a fully redundant DP2 propulsion system, 900m2 free deck area, accommodations for 90 persons, and a 500T crane.
