Seajacks secures contract with DONG Energy for Seajacks Kraken and Leviathan.

Jun 2009
Seajacks takes delivery of Seajacks Leviathan ‘on time’ and to budget.

Sept 2009
Seajacks Leviathan successfully commences 15 month contract with Fluor.

Dec 2009
Kraken commences 2 month oil & gas contract with TAQA in the Dutch Sector of North Sea.

Jan 2010
Riverstone Holdings acquires Seajacks International Ltd.

February 2010
Seajacks enters a contract with GustoMSC to provide the Basic Design Package for two or more newbuild wind farm installation jack-up vessels.

Seajacks organisation is led by an experienced management team that is dedicated to providing safe and efficient offshore operations. The company currently operates self-propelled, dynamically positioned, jack-up platforms in the core market of the North Sea, and will investigate international opportunities on a case by case basis.

Seajacks planning to double fleet in 2012

Great Yarmouth, United Kingdom, February 25, 2010-Seajacks International (“Seajacks”) has entered into a contract with GustoMSC (“MSC”) to provide the Basic Design Package for two or more newbuild wind farm installation jack-up vessels. The vessels will be a modified version of the MSC NG5500 design.
